Since 1977, UK-Halsey Charleston, under the leadership of Tripp Fellabom, has serviced the Carolinas. As a member of the UK-Halsey group, the loft is tied into an international network of sailmakers. Our customers benefit not only from the experience gleaned from boats sailing around the Carolinas, but also from boats sailing around the world. Whether you are interested in durable Dacron sails, lightweight racing sails, or quality repairs, give us a call or better yet come in and see us. Our loft has grown and developed over the years to take care of all of your sailing needs. We do much more than just make the best cruising and racing sails available. Our full service sailing center has a complete rigging and hardware shop. We sell, service and install furling systems, winches, spars, as well as standing and running rigging. Our services include free pickup, rig inspections and deck layout consultations.
In addition as NOAA/NIMA nautical chart agents we are able to offer local sailors and long distance cruisers charts, navigation guides and advice on how to safely get the most from their sailing experience
